- Natasha Gorman Added December 11, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★I went to Stokeys with less than 2 months to get fit enough to pass a physical performance evaluation. On week one I was unable to perform any of the tasks. Stokey was a great trainer and knew exactly what training I needed to pass the evaluation in such a short time, including a beep test. By week six I was able to complete and successfully Pass the evaluation.
The gym it’s self is fully equipped with everything you could need and want and PT sessions with stokey are fair and affordable.
I wouldn’t have been able to pass the evaluation with out his help.

- Tob Rem Added March 12, 2021★ ★ ★ ★ ★Perfect equippt gym. A lot of free wheights, machines and boxing equipment. Everything you need for just 8 dollars for a casual visit. One of the best gym's we have been in australia, though were just travelling through and didn't expect much. Very friendly owner, too.
